The purpose of a pledge is to give indication to our Parish Council what our individual (or family unit) giving intentions will be for 2026. It commits you in as much as the Parish Council will make decisions based on what our church collectively indicates.

The assumption will be that you continue to give as you currently do (so we are assuming the base point is what we are currently giving) - unless you tell us differently.

What we are looking for is:

  1. That you Pray about what you can give to mission and ministry at LMAP in 2026
  2. That you Pledge for any change in your giving for 2026 (starting 1st Jan) - what you plan to increase (or perhaps your circumstances mean you have to decrease your giving).

And to communicate that pledge by Sunday 30th November 2025

The Parish Council will take the total number of pledges and make a decision on what Budget to adopt for 2026. If the pledges meet the proposed budget, we will appoint Julie and Josh.
