Friday September 25th Parramatta Park Wisteria Gardens tour and lunch to follow
Our next outing is to the beautiful Wisteria Gardens in Parramatta Park on Friday, 25th September, 2026 leaving LMAP, Glenbrook at 9:30am.
This garden includes a variety of plants including cherry blossoms, beds of annual plants and many more wonderful varieties of flora.
The Wisteria Gardens originally formed part of the Cumberland Hospital precinct. The gardens were first built in 1906, the original cuttings were brought to Australia from Japan in 1907.
Entry is free and we will carpool and drive to Westmead and park in the carpark. Please take your morning tea to have in the Wisteria Gardens and after viewing the gardens we will drive to Parramatta Leagues club for lunch.
Please let Sandra know if you are coming by 18th September and if you would be willing to drive.
