DESCRIPTION:GriefShare Grief and Loss Support Groups offer valuable guidanc
 e and tips\, leading to relief\, comfort\, and peace of mind. The groups a
 re safe\, welcoming places where people understand the difficult process o
 f grief.\nOver the 13-weeks group\, members discover what to expect in the
  days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat\, 
 orderly stages of grief the focus is on learning helpful ways of coping in
  the unpredictability. At the same time members gain solid support each st
 ep of the way.\nThe next start date for sessions is on Thursday\, June 4\,
  7pm at LMAP Blaxland.\nGriefShare provides insight into managing emotions
 \, gaining clarity and finding answers that lead to lasting hope.\nThese c
 ourses have run for 25 years. They consist of a small number of members an
 d a facilitator. Members can join at any time and return again when and if
  they need to take a break. The materials have been developed by respected
  experts on grief-related topics\, who share insights and experiences of l
 oss through video presentations. Guided discussion of the presentation hel
 ps bring comfort and normalises the grief experience\, in a supportive env
 ironment.\nTopics covered include: Loneliness\, Fear\, Anger\, Regrets\, R
 elationships\, Hope\, and more.\nWe offer this course free of cost\, but w
 e ask participants to consider sponsoring a subsequent course participant
